I did not pull off this Vince fur vest since I got it two days ago; in the other words, I wore it for continuous two days. Fortunately, there were only few people on my floor. It is as light as a feather! When my husband picked up the package, he could not believe there was an oversized fur vest inside. But it functions like a thick down-filled vest, keeping me warm in chilly winter days (36F today!). The color is called ‘blue spruce’, but it seems to be very dark green in the sunlight.

Compared to Vince fox (hair only) fur vest, DVF vest is more chunky. You may not be able to layer this vest underneath any coat; actually I tried at home, and I did look like wearing football protective gears underneath, lol. Well, this vest can seriously keep you warm. I wore this outfit in an upper 40F winter day, and did not feel cold. Quality wise, I have no complaint so far. I did not notice any significant (fox) hair falling throughout the day, which happened to my lamb fur vest at the very beginning.
I quickly browsed Saks Fifth Avenue on the 5th Ave later this afternoon. An extra 40% off certain sale items and a second price cut in shoes seemed to make all Saks stores more crowded than before. I was attracted by a leather panel blazer, made by Cut25 (here, which is not available at saksfifthavenue.com).
