Burgundy leather skirt from Madewell SALE & seeking for suggestions

Hi everyone, happy Friday! When the holidays are getting closer, SALES are found everywhere. Like I said earlier, to avoid buying useless merchandises, we need keep our eyes only on the products themselves rather than on the price tags! For me, I only checked those items which I passed before because of the price.

I have been waiting for the price cut of this burgundy leather skirt for almost 3 months! Eventually, I took it home today with $117.60. The price online is $209.99 but small sizes are all gone. It is still full price in our local store, but they did price adjustment! Today, there is an extra 20% off all sale items, and in addition a 30% off entrire purchases.
The skirt is made with super soft lamb leather, and fully lined with burgundy polyester. The 16 1/2 ” length goes slightly below my mid-thigh (I am 5’4).  Personally, I like the cutting of this leather skirt more than JCrew classic mini, which needs to be carefully tucked under your backside before sit down. The rich burgundy color also makes this skirt stand out from other brown and black leather ones. I will try to style with this pretty piece in this weekend.
I found this pretty red Salvatore Ferregao wallet in Tjmaxx. It is $299.99 and in a perfect condition. Do you think it a good deal?  I have a red Chanel wallet which is smaller than this, so should I keep it?
Thank you for your reading and enjoy the weekend!

The leather skirt isn't my cup of tea, but if you like it it is a good price. As for red wallet, normally Chinese avoids it because red represents debt(赤字). It is Ferragamo, but that is it.

I actually would like to understand red color wallet as 红包, which is fun to carry. I got a red color Marc Jacob wallet a month ago. 🙂

Love 红包! 🙂 I had thought red wallet had the meaning of 赤字 as well. No feel much better.
