Shoes: Tod’s
Happy Saturday! The last few days were hectic for me. Post-surgical care for my animals requires an analgesic injection every 12 hours, so I had to get up before 5:30 am ~ The last injection was given this morning, and I will get up late tomorrow 🙂 …

From now on, we might need spend most of our weekend time in homedepot rather than shopping malls. It is our first time buying a new construction home, and there are lots of new issues we need to face, from the roof and windows to the appliance and systems. We are nervous but excited!

The quilted leather jacket I wore today (also here), made by Rebecca Taylor, is currently on sale at RT official website. It comes in two colors: bordeaux and black.

This leather jacket, which has filling and lining, is a good alternative of winter coats. you can wear it with jeans, skirts or even dresses. I bought mine in size small (xs was sold out by then; for your reference, I am 5’4 and 109 lb), which is roomy on me. I feel this jacket is true to size. Here is the lay-flat measurements (size small):
bust (under armpits) = 37 ”
armpit-to-hem length = 11 1/2 ”
shoulder-to-hem length = 19 1/2 ”
sleeve from armpit = 19 1/2 ”
Before close, I also want to share my new makeup case with you: TUMI travel kit (here at NM, or here) . It is a gift from a FABBY-reader / friend. Thank you so much! I can see it with me in the next several years, for gym and travel~

Thank you for your reading!

The jeans and boots made your leg super long, what is the item no or style name of your j brand? It seems to me many styles are only available on j Brandt's official website and seldom on sale, is it true?Congratulations on your big new buy- New home!Robin

Mine allows me to layer a chunky sweater underneath, and is still roomy. You should be safe with xs. Did you use AMEX card checking out the jacket? Please let me know the measurements of xs after you receive it.

Thank you Robin, we are still at the stage of reviewing specification with our builder. This pair (J Brand with coating) was bought from Tjmaxx a while ago (1-2 years). Also for J Brand jeans, you would better try carefully. I have many pairs from J Brand, and not all of them are comfy. This is the reason I started shopping AG and DL1961.

Hi, mine is cotton, 61 '' by 54 ''. I bought in 2008 or 2009 from Saks Fifth Avenue. Chiffon scarves are better in warm days, I feel.
